2026 Girls Spring Registration
USA Lacrosse Membership
A USA Lacrosse Membership is required for our programs. When registering, our system validates USA Lacrosse Memberships. Please make sure your player's name, zip code and date of birth match what you used when signing up for your USA Lacrosse Membership.
Age Group Information
Andover Area Lacrosse follows USA Lacrosse age and eligibility guidelines. There are scenarios where players may be grouped differently depending on numbers needed to field teams. Please contact the Girls Director with any questions.
Player Movement/ Waiver Process
Please follow the below process if you would like to request approval for your player to move up or down playing levels.
- Register as you normally would, using the player's birthdate and accepting the level shown (as according to the USA Lacrosse age chart)
- Submit waiver request email to the Girls Director for approval
- Include the following information in the email:
- Player name
- Birthdate
- Reason for waiver request (e.g. to play with grade-level peers)
- Upon approval a refund or invoice will be processed for the waivered level cost difference
- Player will be rostered on the waivered level
Note that the board may proactively request players to move levels in order to right-size rosters.

Where
Practices are held at Andover High School and Sunshine Park. Game are held on the weekends around the metro.
When
Team practices will be twice per week on Tuesday/Thrusday or Monday/Wednesday. Games are scheduled double-header style for the spring season and are played on Saturday or Sunday.
Age Guidelines
For the 2026 season:
6U - birthdates between 9/1/2019 and 5/31/2021 (co-ed and clinic only, when offered)
8U - birthdates between 9/1/2017 and 8/31/2019
10U - birthdates between 9/1/2015 and 8/31/2017
12U - birthdates between 9/1/2013 and 8/31/2015
14U - birthdates between 9/1/2011 and 8/31/2013
*Note USA Lacrosse requires age verification (e.g. via birth certificate submittal) for all programming.

Spring Regular Season: Saturday April 11 – Sunday May 17, 2026
Week 1: April 11 & 12
Week 2: April 18 & 19
Week 3: April 25 & 26
Week 4: May 2 & 3
Week 5: May 9 & 10
Week 6: May 16 & 17
Week 7: May 23 & 24 (Off for Memorial Day)
Week 8: Girls Spring State Tournament May 29-31st
Teams primarily play double-headers on Saturdays or Sundays. There are limited weeknight games offered prior to June due to Official's availability.
Spring Youth State Tournament: Fri-Sun May 29–31, 2026 @ White Bear Lake HS Campus
Registration
Minimum team sizes must be met in order to fulfill teams. If they are not met, we will not be able to field a team. So please spread the word!
The Spring season runs April-May for all levels.
All practices are during the week with games on either Saturday or Sunday.

Uniforms/Equipment
Uniforms are provided for each player by the association. A designated uniform pick up date and time will be communicated with each team.
